I have an noi from Ontario. My husband has a sibling in alberta. Now when submitting application on oinp portal, I have plan to disclose that my husband has a sibling in canada, however I am not claiming points for her and therefore I have not mentioned her in my ee profile as my own points were sufficient enough. Now I have two questions.
1. Should I select Yes or No to sibligs in canada. If I select yes then It is asking me to attach Documents of relationship with sibling. If I select no and attach LOE then it would be a misrepresentation on my profile. I have all the documents to prove my relationship to her but why shoould I when I am not claiming points. Please suggest on the best course of action.
2. My ee profile expires in oct. I am assuming that if there is a need to create a new ee profile...should I then add my husbands sibling or make the same profile as the previous one?
