There is a lot of confusion regarding the timelines for submitting application once OINP NOI is recieved under express entry. One half of the applicants say its 45 days. The other half says you have 45 days to create your profile once you receive NOI, and 14 days deadline to submit once you have created your profile(which means if you create your profile on the day you get NOI, instead of 45 days now you only have 14 days). Kinda confusing.
