Hi guys.

Hope you all are doing well. Hopefully much better then me. I'm stuck in a situation that is not pretty at all.

Situation:
Got another medical request as the first one is set to expire in 90 days, got 2 separate emails. Now I'm not sure then when I do another medical test, I should tell about my new updated condition or not.

Medical:
I've being diagnosed with depression and anxiety on first week of January in India - and am conflicted to tell them the truth or not. If I do tell them the truth, I'm afraid that will reject my application and I'm done [don't wanna go back to my home country - India]. If I don't tell the truth, I just feel morally wrong and it hurts me and I'm afraid what if they find out (I don't know how, this might be my anxiety speaking]

Background:
I applied for PNP in May 2017 got the invitation to apply. Submitted all my docs by Nov 2, 2017.
Got my medical request on end of April 2018. Passed medical 1st week of May 2018

At the same time as I got the medical request, I was told that I need to resubmit an application, which I did with in 3 days. Follow quote, this is what they asked me to resubmit, because I missed some timeframe.
<quote>
Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Please include in the "Personal History" section the following period: 2014/07 to 2015/08. Do not leave any gaps in time.
</end quote>

Then got my invitation to pre-arrival services.
<quote>
Invitation to Pre-arrival services on the date May 31, 2018
</end quote>

Has anyone experienced anything similar? What did you had to go through and at what time.
Any mental illness rejections because of depression and/or anxiety?
I'm really lost and I don't want to get rejected because of something so temporary and lying doesn't feel good. Moreover if I get rejected I think I'm done which is likely the worst case scenario.

Any help will be appreciated and I'll be very grateful for all help. Thank you
