OINP- FORGIEN WORKERS STREAM- Number of full-time employees Information Not Available

I am currently in the process of filing my EOI for OINP- Forgien Workers Stream. I was reviewing the employer document and there is a spot for -Number of full-time employees- that are permanent residents or Citizens
I work for a very big multi national coorpraton that has a huge presence in Canada. I checked with my HR team and they are telling me this is not information they can provide. My local representatiove is not even sure if this information is recorded anywhere. How should I proceed? I am thinking of adding a letter of explanation from my company stating that this information is not available and hard to track.

Your HR department is filling out the employer paperwork and signing off so all information must be provided. Not sure a letter of explanation from you will work but you can try. Letter should come from HR, not you. But OINP may review and say it is an incomplete form.
