OINP Foreign worker stream: employer documents

I am working for an Indian IT company here in Canada ON. Yesterday, I received the ITA to apply through the OINP - Employer Job Offer - Foreign Worker Stream. This is regarding Employer Job Offer for which the management has refused to share the details. Can anyone help me on this ?

Employer must fill out the employer forms, it is mandatory. There are no ways around it. If they don’t fill out the form and support your nomination then decline. Employer has no obligation to support your nomination and should have asked them before applying to the stream.
