OINP, facing problems with supporting documents!

Hello,
I have received a notification of interest from Ontario on 23rd February. I took a look at the supporting documents needed but some of them were not clear to me and may not be available for me to request. These are mainly the Proof of Compensation (which I totally don't understand) and the Work Contracts which I cannot provide because I work for a private dental clinic and I started that job without signing a contract.

I am so confused and have no idea what to do about this.
Does anyone have detailed information on these points?

Proof of compensation is the evidence you are not volunteering - that is pay stubs or bank transaction records from your employer to your account. I also don't have all the contracts, that is, after the expiration of the second yearly contract I signed it automatically renewed itself. In this case, similar to yours, it seems the best practice to write a Letter of Explanation to clarify why those docs are missing.

The issue here is that I receive my payments in cash, so no checks or bank statements to support this. Should that be replaced by a letter explaining that I receive my salary in cash? and what about the income tax documents?
I am wondering why this document is required although these details are mentioned in the Employment Reference Letter!

In some third world/developing countries, it is very easy to fake a simple Employment Letter. OINP is just cautious to give everyone a fair chance. In addition, in Canada, if your employment is valid, you should have some records of payslips and you have to declare tax for these incomes.

Hi,

I saw your thread, am not having the same questions.

How did you manage with proof of compensation, am also getting salary paid in cash, working in dental clinic with no job contract. And how did you manage with tax documents.

Thanks to share your experience.
