OINP employer revenue criteria

Hello,
I have recently started working at a Toronto hospital and my employer is willing to file the pre-screening application for OINP for me under the Foreign Worker stream. Do hospitals (that are non-profit organizations) have to meet the gross annual revenue (1,000,000) mentioned?
