Oinp employer job offer stream

I got an invitation after leaving my position on which I was working, and rightnow I’m working in another company which is not qualified for oinp then can I still eligible for oinp employer offer based stream on previous experience ?

If employer is not eligible, then no. Employer must fill out mandatory forms and support nomination. A job offer is mandatory.
