OINP Employer Job Offer: International Student stream

It's complicated because the employer form requires the CRA number of the business, which government organizations don't have since they don't generate revenue. I have also submitted a webform to Ontario Immigration.

@Wolverinethegreat : What was the response to the webform from Ontario Immigration? Did your public sector employer fill the employer form for OINP?

I have received the same date as you but I need your help as I did not submitted yet.
When I received nomination I was in home country as I lost my father and it was family emergency and I had to stay home for couple of months. So I got unpaid leave from my employer . As I was not in Toronto, I was worried to apply for PR as I was thinking if the officer gets suspicious why I am not in Ca while submitting my PR application . Still I did not submitted the care and not sure weather I should come to Toronto and submit or I can submit from outside, take care of my family issue and then return back to Canada maybe by End if Jan. Can you please help me?
