OINP - Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream with out LMIA

Hello Members,

I am currently working in ontario (moved in march 2020) and dont have LMIA as it is due to intra company transfer.
can i apply for this category if my company is ready to give me papers but no LMIA code ?

if not what are my options ?

please suggest.
