OINP Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream nomination - What next?

I apologize if this has been a repeated question in the past.
I couldn't find any answers in my search of the forum or online.

If I receive the provincial nomination through the OINP Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream, am I ONLY able to apply for PR directly through the Permanent Residence portal?
I am not able to use the nomination to add 600 points to my already existing Express Entry profile and wait for a draw?
Do I have the option to choose between the two paths?

No, you don't have the option to choose between the two paths. This is a non Express Entry stream. Follow the instructions on the website and submit your application through the portal.
