Recently, I got a OINP NOI for 473 CRS score .. after 15 days my CRS score increased to 481 due to completion of 4 years of experience in Canada.. the draw happened on that day was 473 to 480 not for 481 .. I’m planning to submit this application now .. Immigration lawyer saying they will reject your application.. please advise not sure why I’m not eligible
