I am in Canada on closed work permit (inter company transfer) which is LMIA exempt. I have recently got a OINP notification of interest through express entry. I am e filling OINP form and not sure what to fill here below:
-Q1 What type of work permit were you issued?
A) Post-Graduation Work Permit
B) Work Permit supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment
C) Other
*************I have selected Option B above. Please correct me if I am wrong. **************
Q2:
Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for your job offer in Ontario?
a) Yes
b) No
** I have selected No here as my work permit is LMIA exempt. Please correct me if I am mistaken.
Q3:
Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for your current work permit?
a) Yes
b) No
** I have selected No here as my work permit is LMIA exempt. Please correct me if I am mistaken.
Q4. Was your current work permit issued under the circumstances described in paragraph 204(a) or (c) or in section 205 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations?
a) YEs
b) No
****I have selected yes. I am not 100% sure. Please help.
Q5. Other Activities (excluding education and paid work)
Do you have any other activities, excluding education and paid work history, in the last ten years (or since the age of 18, if this was less than ten years ago)?
***I joined my second company after 3 days of gap of my previous company. Do I need to mention 3 days unemployment here? Please advise.
