OINP Doubts

Someone, Please let me know if there is any chance for below case to get picked for OINP.
IELTS Score - 6 (L=6,R=6,W=5.5,S=6.5)
1 + years of experience in Canda , On WorkPemit ( R205(a)] (exemption code C12, residing in Toronto).
Am I eligible for any of the PNP program?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Nope. Your IELTS does not meet the minimum language requirements - CBL 7 from all 4 skills. Also with that score you are not even eligible for EE to begin with.
