OINP Costs - Per person or per family?

Hi all,
I read on the OINP site that the application fees under human capital priorities stream is $1500. Is this per person or per family? We are a family of 4. Me, my husband and our 2 children. If we get a OINP, how much do we pay for processing our nomination application?

I understand that once we get an ITA, we will pay a separate set of fees.
