I would really appreciate help. I am currently panicing as I just submitted my permanent residency application through express entry.
I got my OINP Human Capital stream approved last week and accepted my nomination on gckey and got my ITA.
MY OINP STREAM IS HUMAN CAPITAL.. IT IS THROUGH EXPRESS ENTRY. IT IS NOT AN EOI STREAM.
Questions:
1. When submitting documents in the PR portal, nowhere did it ask me for my OINP nomination certificate so I did not upload one. Did I make a mistake here and will this cause my application to get denied?
2. I selected "yes" on the following question on the PR portal: Has xxxx received a nomination certificate from a province or territory? - - - is this correct? On my original EE application before my OINP got approved and before ITA I selected "NO" but my profile got locked and I can't make changes on the original EE application and it is still "no" to the PNP question. However, on my PR portal that I submitted I marked it as "YES". Is this correct?
3. I have read a lot about "schedule 4" for PNP applicants on Express Entry. I did not submit this as it was not asked in the documents section. Can somebody please educate me on this? Did I miss out on this document and make a mistake?
If somebody could please help me with the above 3 questions I would GREATLY appreciate it. Thank you very much.
