OINP application submitted - no email received

I have submitted my OINP application via courier on 5th of February 2016 and I have the confirmation of delivery on Feb 8 2016 (with signature).
The 45 days period ended for me on Saturday, 6 February 2016 so I think that it was extended to the next working day, which is Feb 8 2016.

From what I read on this forum, I should have received by now (2-3 days in average) an confirmation of receiving email from OINP, but still nothing after one week.
Is there any problem if I didn't get that email yet? After how many days without a sign from them this would be a problem? Should I drop them a question?

Ontario Pre Screening Application : April, 2015 - last document requested was submitted.
Pre Screening Approved: Nov, 2015 - Employer received a call to confirm if it still supporting application around September/15.
Ontario Nomination Application filed: Dec 21, 2015
AOR for Ontario Nomination: Dec 29, 2015
Ontario Nomination Approved: Waiting.

I think you are referring to the Human Capital Priorities Stream for Express Entry. It takes 8-12 weeks to get the acknowledgment email these days. So you have to keep waiting.

The 2-3 days reply is for a general inquiry made to OINP.

Yes and yes.

Many November applicants still don't have AOR up to now.

I am facing same problem. I had submitted my application 17th Jan via courier, received on 29th Jan. My Deadline was 2nd Feb, however I have not received any AOR.

Can someone tell me if I should have received the AOR by now or need to reach out to someone.

The Opportunities Ontario:  Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) received your Nominee Application package on June 12, 2015.  This application is currently being processed.  You will be contacted should any additional information be required, or regarding the outcome of your application. 

The standard processing time for this application is 90 calendar days from the date the application is considered complete.  PNP will only respond to status enquiries after the processing time has passed.  If you have not heard from us within the processing time, you may submit an enquiry in writing to this office for a case status update.

This is the AOR, as it already issued the file number. But it's a slightly older format because the date says June and their old name "Opportunities Ontario".

The first email I received from them was the email with the AOR and fee receipt, 8 weeks after my package arrived at OINP. But processing times now have taken longer in some cases

I never once wrote to them to inquire about my package and I got my nomination 6 weeks after AOR, without any calls or document requests. IMO, nagging them about whether your package arrived or is in process will just delay processing.

As long as your package arrived within the 45-day submission window, you don't need to worry. If your application is complete, you'll get AOR soon, and if your package is incomplete, they will return it and give you 30 days to resubmit.

I submitted my OINP for the human Capital priorities stream just today and it's expected to arrive at their office tomorrow (February 17, 2016).

I guess it will just be a waiting game till we get an AOR email!
