OINP APPLICATION REFUSAL - PLEASE HELP - URGENT

I have received NOI on 22 February 2022 for Ontario PNP through Express Entry. I created a new valid express entry profile on march 2, 2022 and submitted my OINP application on 7th of April 2022. On 16th September (my birthday and I turned 30), I got an email from Government of Canada saying my profile was ineligible even though I check marked all the eligibility requirements. On the say day I got another email from OINP saying my profile is rejected because they cannot locate my express entry profile and they have refunded the fee I paid to OINP. The error as mentioned in the email was:

Your Express Entry profile number does not match our records.

If you updated your Express Entry profile, you did not provide the following:
• A copy of the letter you received from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship
Canada (IRCC) showing the Express Entry number/job seeker validation code for
your new profile.
• A copy of the letter you received from IRCC acknowledging the new profile.
• The IRCC letter indicating your old Express Entry profile information.

I provided all the above required information on the creation of my new profile and do not know why OINP sent me this. Both email from government of Canada and OINP were sent on same day.

Have someone experienced the same? I thought they give a notice period to submit the missing documents before cancelling the application. I'm an outland applicant.
Any help regarding this is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
