My express entry profile got 429 points. I have 5+ years of experience in IT industry and have Bacherlor's degree. My doubt is regarding OINP. Is there any chance that i will be getting provincial invitation without applying for OINP? Or do i need to apply for OINP to get nomination invite? I am sort of confused with this. Please help.
