Hello guys,
I need some advise/inputs from you...
I am ready to start a new life and career in Canada from scratch....
but last year when I started my application, I was planning to start
with "safety" profession by taking up some courses and slowly get
into LNG industry...(as my recent and only exp in LNG was in Qatar
as a procedure writer for 1.6 yrs)...plus, this goes together with
my love for Alberta province.
However, currently many says not to look into Alberta as many people
are being laid off.... is it only O&G and associated industries or other
industries like wood/forestry (for example) as well?
Any suggestions for me?
FYI - below are my additional details:
I am a Chem. Engr with Masters in Polymer Science and my exp is as follows;
1 yr = Center Facilities Officer in a community center for children (the UK)
2.9 yrs = Research Associate in a Univ (Germany)
2.9 yrs = Head for a start up manufacturing unit rubber to metal components (0911) (India)
1.6 yrs = Procedure Writer in an O&G industry (Qatar)
Awaiting your reply.
Cheers,
Kovur
