Hi guys,
I am working full time and just received my BOWP. I want to reapply for OHIP since it expired in June but also I want to add my husband. According to information on service ontario and what they have told me over the phone if I show proof that when I applied for my work permit I added him as accompanying me to Canada he would be eligible. Now I'm wondering what document from CIC can I show them?? They wouldn't tell me over the phone. Is the IMM5707 enough?
