OHIP for my spouse

Hi,

I'm a PR who has recently applied for PR sponsorship for my wife.
Along with our sponsorship application we also submitted an application for an OWP for my wife.
Once she gets her OWP, I'd like to know if she would qualify for OHIP. She currently has a part time job and will likely stay a part time working for now.

https://www.ontario.ca/page/apply-ohip-and-get-health-card#section-7 says:
"You must also meet at least one of the following additional requirements:
* have applied for permanent residence, and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has confirmed that:

• you meet the eligibility requirements to apply
• you have not yet been denied"

I think this is our case - when will we know that we meet the Eligibility requirements? Is this on AOR?

No, it is AIP, which comes near the end of the process.

She will only qualify when she gets a full-time job that is for at least 6 months.
