You seem to be completely missing the point here, im not sure if you are just being ignorant or deliberately ignoring what people are telling you. Let me break it down for you in a way that you might be able to understand... ???
1. If you have less than a 1095 days (im not sure if this is true but from what I have read, this seems apparent) - You will certainly be scheduled to see a CJ regardless of what a IO told you. I still don't understand how people "miscalculate" their residence days other than complete ignorance.
2. OHIP - you are concerned about the wrong thing here... screw your ohip status, I would be more concerned about leaving the country for that amount of time to take up residence in another country. You have now destroyed any type of credibility regarding your intent to reside in Canada.
3. Regardless of what the IO told you, things can change in a blink of an eye... especially when you do something as damaging as leaving Canada in order to gain residency in another country. This is probably the worst thing you can possibly do for your citizenship process. Whether the IO told you you have passed or not is irrelevant. You now have made a decision to leave that is not in the best interest of Canada, therefore you can still be denied your application. This is simply put.
Do ya get it now? Or do we need to draw you a picture? Your OHIP status is irrelevant here, May I add that if they do look into your OHIP status and see that it is not valid, they will investigate why not. and then they will learn that you have left and abandoned your residence here in Canada, and by extension thereby abandoned your citizenship petition.
