Have you tried to contact Peshawar University by phone or email?

Every university has its own procedure. For some universities in Pakistan the concept of official transcripts in university sealed envelopes is very alien (especially public universities). Instead of official transcripts they verify your original transcripts and send an official letter of verification to wherever you want them to send, e.g. Canadian high commission in case of PR application.

Good luck!

Thanks for the response, i contacted them through my uncle they said my degrees / DMC can be verifified only and will charge 200 RS/ page. But i am not sure how secondary things will go as its separate board. I think i have to request university for the envelope so i can send my documents in that.
Does i have to send those documents with my file or they want separate to be sent to them by university.
Does i need to verify my degrees as well?

It seems that your university does not recognize the concept of official transcripts in unversity sealed envelopes (as I suspected) Therefore it will only verify your degrees and result cards and will issue an official letter of verification, which takes around 15 days. Once you have your verified result cards with you, send notarised copies (or originals if you wish) of your verified result cards with your PR application along with that official letter from university. Send those by yourself with your full application to CHC, not seperately because CHC requires us to send the full application with all supporting documents in one package (as per their instructions). At least thats what I did.

University will not verify your SSC or HSC certificates. Actually you don't even need to send your secondary certificate with your PR application as CHC only ask for post secondary educational qualifications or certificates of vocational training courses if any.

Thanks surfturtle.
The letter i received from the local CIC office in Malaysia its mentioned secondary and post secondary. The only problem is i did my degrees under annual system of examination. They will attest and verify my degrees and DMC. i doubt if they give any letter as well.
Should i also do the counter attestation from foreign office as well or only from secrecy department in the university is sufficient. As in case of Peshawar university they do attestation and verification through secrecy department.

I got my degree and result cards verified only by my university registrar, no counter attestation from foreign office, which is sufficient in my opinion. However, if you wish and you have time, you can get counter attestation as well, there's no harm in it.

If secondary certificates are required by your local CHC then yes I think you will need to get your secondary certificates verified by foreign office. But I am not too sure about this.
