Official Receipt Question

Hi All,

I am sponsoring my wife through the Family Class sponsorship since we are currently living outside of Canada. We have filled out all the paper work and got all the documentation together. I just made a payment on the website and printed the reciept to include in the package. However, I noticed on the reciept in the Payer information it shows my name an then has spaces for address, date of birth, client id, postal code, area code, and phone number. Do i need to fill this out? or can i leave it blank as is?

These informations are for a possible refund in case you withdraw tlyour application for some reason.
If you don't have a client ID, just leave it in blank.
