Just printed out my official receipt of payment (online) for my sponsorship and my wife'a PR app. It has my name in the payer information, but then has boxes for date of birth, address, postal code, etc.

Do I need to fill these sections out, or is this for CIC? I'm in the States, and I paid online, as you know. Please help! We're sending out the app tomorrow! ???

What is the "Client ID"??? I don't know that I ever got one.

Leave it blank you won't get one till you get either an AOR or SA.
