Okay, here again, This listening test number 3, contained in latest practice book sent by British council.

I believe that, same persons create these tests and official test that we do on test day, also there would be some team/checking process by which both are proved. Otherwise how could they ask to you practice with them, or tell you what to expect on test day, right ?
If they can make these silly mistakes here, then what about original tests ? they don't release the question paper or answers.
I believe, it is just a big scam, remember that 0.5 bands in writing.
