Assuming I want to roll this into PR eligibility (through CEC), and that I'd want to be able to qualify for provincial health care for me and my wife, would I want to apply for a temporary work visa under IRPR r. 205(d) or IRPR r. 186(l)?
Thanks

It is always a good idea to get a WP under 205 (d) as you can count the work experience to get points under CEC. But for this the wages paid should be accordingly
follow up question:
Is it easier and quicker to get 186 (l) than to get 205 (d)?
Should I apply for 186 (l) now and then apply for 205 (d) once in canada? I am supposed to be at the retreat center in May 2019, a month from now.
I am a US citizen and can enter visa free.
