got ita last week
in the checklist there are 3 options
1)offer of employment
2) record of employment
3)letter of employment.

1)now i am currently working in Canada under pgwp except LMIA,i got an offer letter from my employer before i joined the company . can i upload it because its not a LMIA supported job offer.

2) RECORD OF EMPLOYMENT- I have 1 year foreign work experience ,i can get the reference letter from the university where i worked that includes,roles and responsibilities,salary,start and end dates etc.
do i need to provide reference letter for my current job in Canada too?

3) letter of employment- i am assuming that this means literally a letter from my current employer confirming my job status-permanent,non seasonal,roles and responsibilities,salary,full time etc

correct me if i am wrong
and please reply to my question too thanks

There are placeholders for offer of employment and letter of employment as you've claimed having a valid job offer.

Modify that answer and those placeholders will disappear. Working on a PGWP does not constitute a valid job offer.

You didnt/don't have a valid job offer so make sure you weren't given 50 points for that.


If you change it to no they will disappear. If you were given 50 points for it you need to check you were still above the ita score or decline the ita.

Answer "no"

can i attach my offer letter,pay stubs and reference letter for canadian experience

and just a reference letter for foreign experience as i was paid in cash and they didnt issue any offer letter in india as its an university institution not a software company where i worked as an computer network technician -noc 2281

is that okay?

1 - Yes, you can merge all those document for your canadian work experience.

2 - as long as your reference letter for your foreign work experience follows IRCC's requirements then that's sufficient.
