Offer of Employment in PR Application

I am on closed work permit in Canada and working since 1 year. In ircc website its mentioned that -

A job offer is valid if the job is

• working for one employer
• continuous
• paid
• full-time (at least 30 hours a week)
• not seasonal
• for at least 1 year after we issue your permanent resident visa
• in a NOC TEER category 0, 1, 2 or 3

I am fulfilling all points except

• for at least 1 year after we issue your permanent resident visa

as my employer not willing to give the letter.
What should I do to claim those 50 points for offer??

Your employer must provide a new letter stating that you will have a job one year past PR. If not, you claim the Canadian experience but not the 50 points for the job offer.
