I got an offer letter from canadian company , they asked me to sign it and send it with passport and certifiacte copy.i want to know what is the next procedure and what time will it take ,what are chances of me landing in Canada....,, can anyone know about this

You need to share the letter content minus any personal details as is probably a scam.
There are many examples here where people get so called offer letters asking for passport and Id copies that are just scams where at some point they will ask for money, and that is after they have possibly stolen your identity.
For sure do not send any personal data to this ‘company’ without seeking advice especially if you did not start the application yourself.

It's a scam. Zero chance of you landing in Canada. They are after your money and there is no job.
