Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I have one question about offer of letter.

I saw several case failed because they didn't specific mention their job is permanent and non-seasonal .

my question is : my offer letter only mention regular full time, it is actually same meaning with permanent and non-seasonal . but will CIC mandatory ask for a letter only accept saying permanent and non-seasonal or not ?

I asked my manager add permanent in reference letter , but offer letter was issued years ago . should I try to explain such non-sense things ? or I really need ask for a new offer ?

Are you applying with an LMIA? If not, it is pretty much irrelevant anyways.

It sounds like you mistakenly claimed you had a "valid job offer."

For Express Entry, a valid job offer requires 2 things: an LMIA, and a FUTURE (not past) offer of PERMANENT full-time, non-seasonal employment contingent upon obtaining permanent resident status. It does not refer to an offer letter "issued years ago."

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp

If you mistakenly indicated that you have a valid job offer, and earned the ITA because of that, you should probably decline the ITA (or it will be a waste of your time and money).

If you remain uncertain, perhaps speaking to an immigration lawyer would be worth the consultation fee.

Nope , I didn't get the 600 point , I have worked years in CA , so of course, the offer letter was issued years ago .

my score is 492 .

Whew! Good. Then "permanent" is irrelevant. Those "failed cases" are not comparable to yours. It only has to be "permanent" for people with the 600 pt bonus for a valid job offer...

If you are talking about your letters of reference, "regular full time" is fine - but of course the # of hours worked per week need to be stated, along with the other details...
