Offer letter from TRU within 2 weeks of application

hi friends

I applied to TRU MBA fall 2019 on Nov 25 and got decision of acceptance today. I was shocked that its so fast. Is this normal? They want me to make a decision about if I want to accept within 21 Days. I have applied to 4 other universities and I doubt I will hear back from them until Feb or March. I dont wanna accept without hearing from others. Is there a way delay acceptance from TRU?
