1. This position we are offering under Lab our Category. This is a contract based position for 2year.
2. Initial Position

On commencement of your employment, your remuneration will be as set out in Annexure attached here to you

4. Annual Leave
You will be entitled to avail 45 annual leave every year till contract Excludes, sick leave
5. Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Employment Applying To You. You acknowledge that over a period of time, due to changes in the market conditions, business environment it will be necessary for the company to make changes or modifications to (or replacement of) the terms and
conditions of employment. The Company reserves the right to make changes modifications to (or replacement of) the terms and conditions of employment as the Company acting reasonably consider necessary in the context of changes in the business environment, market practices or other circumstances. Minor changes of details (e.g. in procedures) may be made from time to time and will be effected by a general notice to employees.
You will normally be given not less than 15 (fifteen) days written notice before any significant changes are made to the terms and conditions of your employment and you herby grant your express acceptance and readiness to comply with the Company rules, regulations and policies in existence together with any changes or modifications thereof from time to time.
6. Confidentiality
You acknowledge that information of a confidential nature pertaining to the Company or any other Group Company may come into your possession or become otherwise known to you in the course of your employment. Such information may include (but is not limited to) trade secrets, know-how, business processes, product information, pricing, business strategy, customer
lists, supplier terms and conditions, employment practices, employee particulars, etc. All such information shall be called Confidential
Information.
7. Hours Of Work
Your working hours will be 8 hours as per state working hours/normal working days. And Maximum 4 hour’s overtime is given
