100% a scam.

Here's their web site:

http://canadianpoultryfarm.ca.tf/companyprofile.html

It is a copy of the following web site which is a REAL business:

http://www.brianspoultry.com/companyprofile.html

However when copied the web site they forgot to change a few words which makes it clear their business is fake.

In short: Ginox Poultry Farm Canada is a scam.

Ginox Poultry Farm Canada is the scam web site. It's easy to see and obvious. In a few places they forgot to change the name from Brian's to Ginox. They are also missing a few pictures/images that are visible on the real site (Brian's). The text on the Jobs page of Ginox site is also completely different from the text used in the rest of the site because this was the only part of the site where the scammers added their own content.

There is nothing Canadian officials can do about your lawyer in Delhi. You'll have to report him to Delhi officials.

It sounds to me as if the person in ND has taken the identity of the Quebec lawyer. If this is the case, you will be doing a huge favour to the real lawyer by alerting him to the use of his name in this scam. I see that there is another person by the same name as a licensed imm consultant elsewhere in Canada.
