Offer letter from current employer does not have NOC code / skill level

I have to submit an offer letter for my CEC application, but the one I got from my current employer over a year ago does not have a NOC skill level which is required as stated in the instructions (it also does not have the company address / contact info).

The skill level is included in my reference letter (employment record) though.

Should I try and get another offer letter from my employer with the appropriate info, or just include in my Letter of Explanation that this information is included in my Employment Record?

Not sure how strictly these instructions need to be followed..

It's not necessary to have a NOC code listed in your reference letter. However, the letter has to be printed on company letterhead which of course has to have company address and contact information, and your supervisor's contact and signature.
