Offer letter (1 year) with employer explanation and intent to work

Hi, I have submitted my CEC ITA recently, my problem is that the offer letter that my employer gave me says not extendable beyond 1 year but he said that the post was created long before the PR ITA and so provided a letter explaining that and intent to hire after that contract ends. Will my application get rejected? I am claiming job offer marks in my ITA.

It will be up to IRCC. It could go either way.

The letter is supposed to indicate that they will continue to employ you for at least a year after you receive PR.
