srry friends i dont know where to post it.....
my friend was living in germany illegally for few years he recently got depoted.....
now he wants to apply for canada but problem is germany took his fingerprint and stamped his passport....
he have a relative in canada who will get him lmo....
but if canada sees the stamp then he will not give visa....
we would like to know how can he get a new passport in india without mentioning about the old passport....
we have heard they india put number of old passport on back so basically canada can track him from new one with old passports number which is on back....
is there any way he can get new passport without mentioning the old one?

Its very difficult because Canada asks for Police certifs from countries where you have lived atleast 6 months. Ask your friend to talk to the indian passport office to figure out the issue. The last thing he/she wants is to get deported from Canada or blacklisted.
