Off topic: About parental leave! Please help!

Does anyone know if i am eligible to parental leave if my baby is born out of Canada? Also my spouse is not PR/Citizen. I am born canadian and i meet all the requirements of parental leave. Just don’t know if i can apply if my baby is born out of Canada. Anyone have similar experience?

If you have met the working hours before the birth you should qualify for parental leave.
