OCWP Application Problem

I have been trying to apply for OCWP through online application, look at the screenshot below

i clicked the "Continue" button, after answering the questions, in the Results Page.. i am receiving two options, Study Permit and Temporary Resident Visa. there is no Off Campus Work Permit.

to test things out, i chose the Study Permit option, and on the checklist page, i am getting this result, look screenshot.

I don't need study permit, just OCWP.

Well, go back and review your answers. You obviously gave the wrong answer at some point so the system thinks you are applying for a study permit.

That's because you answered the first question wrong.

In the very first question "What would you like to do in Canada?" you answered "study"

Your answer should've been "Work", do this and complete all answers and you'll be able to apply for OCWP.

thanks, OCWP option is now available.

btw, they are asking for medical form IMM1017B, it is the medicals result. problem is i didn't received one. i only have IMM1017 which is the medical exam instructions.
