I applied on Oct 13 via non sds. No update except Biometric Instruction letter.

Is VFS centres are open in india ???applied on 12th october Non-SDS from India, received biometric letter next day
i also applied in conestoga college on 1st october with full application and there is still no update current status is just submitted
