I am a sept 13 applicant from Ottawa. I think that Ottawa is a very slow local office. I have not seen anyone having a test there.....

Are you a family applicant? what is the latest update you've had? I mean have you been asked for fingerprints, RQ ..etc?

Sounds like Ottawa is not too bad as I thought !

I got the letter inviting me to take the test by Feb 23rd 2015. It's been one year since I've submitted the family application of four. I acutally added kids school history which I forgot to include with the application back in Oct 2013, so yes, the complete file was received sometime by Feb 2014

My wife letter for the test is expected to be received within the next couple of days. Note that we've received fingerprint for my wife before x-mas break, so its kinda quick response from CIC guys

Thank you .. and yes I think you should get the test letter by June .. and to be honest with you, fingerprint is not a delaying factor at all .. it takes only 30 days after they receive your fingerprint for a next step in the processing.
