OCI Process for Childs Canadian Passport

I wanted to know how to start the OCI process for Childs Canadian passport. Should we take photo first at BLS and then scan and upload together with thumb imp on gov.in site with application? After that we submit originals at BLS office?

Hi Raj, you have applied for OCI for your baby right. Do you remember how long it took to get the OCI?
