I am applying for oci for my 6 year old child. I am confused about the deckaration section at the end of application.
1) Do I leave the top section of deckaration blank and only fill the bottom section where it says Application for Minor Child ?
2) Does the child write his name where it says signature of applicant ?
3) Do parents sign under signature of applicant?
