Does anyone know if we need the Birth Certificate and Parents Marriage Certificate attested by MEA, New Delhi if it is issued from India?
I sent email to Indian Consulate in Dubai regarding the documents and they asked for these documents too.
Please guide if anyone applied the OCI from Dubai.
