Occupation in My WP is Wrong, how to change WP?

Hi all. I got my WP visa form USA and landed in Calgary, AB on March 1st, 2015. However, today my HR found that the occupation written in my WP is wrong and I guess it is the error of Calgary airport visa officer.

I went to CIC visa office in Calgary in the morning, however, they do not handle this issue. How can I change my WP? Do I have to go to the Calgary airport to change it?

Corrections to profession on work permit or location of work are possible but probably not included in the items listed above.

So it is probably a month long process costing around 1500 CAD.

A colleague of mine had similar situation. CBSA officer wrote "Toronto" as place of work instead of "Gatineau" on his work permit. And our company had to apply, pay 1500 CAD and got it done in around a month. Unfortunately CIC only treats items listed in above link as errors and charges fee for others as in your case.

I had an error on my work permit once and I had to go into CIC office to handle it. You can go to a port of entry near you to see if they will ammend it. Research closest port of entry to to see if they will do it right away.
