Hi,
I came to Canada as a international student, after graduation I applied for PGWP while I was outside of Canada (the form is "Apply for PGWP from Outside of Canada") then I re-entered Canada with my valid study permit before it expires.
Right now I received the letter of introduction which confirms that my application has been approved by IRRC but I need to wait for an officer to give me the approval and my work permit.
IRCC thinks I am outside of Canada and I will get my work permit upon entry to Canada.
Do I need to exit then re-enter Canada to get the work permit? Should I flag-pole at the border?
