Obtaining Louisiana State PCC--Any suggestions?

Dear All,

Has anyone here has obtained PCC from the state of Louisiana? I checked online and found that the state doesnt provide PCC, as they are linked to FBI. Does this mean that my FBI clearance Certificate will suffice while I apply for CIC?

Any relevant feedback is greatly appreciated.
