Obtaining Dubai police clearance without Emirates ID

Hey,
I need Dubai police clearance. I lived there from 2009-2010. I don’t have an Emirates ID. Can I apply online? Or I can send power of attorney to my friend in dubai. For POA should I attest POA from UAE Embassy like my fingerprints?Please help

there are agencies in India which will help you to achieve this ....

then you can get it done from DXB friends ( thru) or search agencies in Dubai for that matter . they will be able to help you .

Since you do not have EiD my suggestion is that you apply through your friend:relative in Dubai.
The PoA you provide should be also attested by Dept of Foreign Affairs(Ministry in Bangladesh) and then UAE embassy
