i am applying for my PR and thr immigration requested a certificate of good conduct from Malaysia as I was a student for 4years over there.
however am encountering a challenge in creating an account online for econsular malaysia to obtain the certificate. I registered my email but never got a verification email ,so whenever I try to log in I get an error to verify my email which I never got. I even tried to register with an alternative email but still the same error persists.
i have tried to reach out to the Malaysian Embassy but nobody picks up the phone. I’ve emailed several people( from the website ) but I dont get a response .
I will really appreciate if someone can guide me the way forward
